Cast Iron Maintenance:
Our cast iron frying pans come pre-seasoned but we recommend you season before each use to maintain non-stick properties. Hand wash only, do not place in the dishwasher.
1. Rinse with warm water and use our stainless steel chainmail scrubber to remove stuck-on bits. 2. For really stuck-on food, scrub with salt and oil, rinse and wipe clean. 3. Dry the pan and coat with a thin layer of oil. 4. Store until ready to use.
